Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intro website at tryintro.com, the Intro application at app.tryintro.com, and any related products, services, and communications (collectively, the "Service") operated by Try Intro LLC ("Intro," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service, joining our waitlist, or opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service or by submitting your information through the waitlist form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or submit any information.
2. Service Description
Intro provides outbound outreach and live-transfer services for financial and legal firms in the United States. The Service is available on a private-access basis and is currently offered to qualified businesses through an invitation and waitlist process.
3. Eligibility & Age (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service or to opt in to SMS communications from Intro. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age and capacity requirement. The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under the age of 18.
4. Account Responsibilities
If you are granted access to the Intro application, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@tryintro.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number through our waitlist form (or any other channel where consent is captured) and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Intro at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of the Service.
Types of messages you may receive
- Waitlist updates — status of your waitlist position and notifications when access opens.
- Product & marketing — announcements, launches, promotions, and other Intro-related news.
- Account & service alerts — operational notifications related to your Intro account once activated (e.g., login activity, account changes, service reminders).
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the type of messages you have opted in to. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from future SMS messages from Intro. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service availability and delivery is subject to transmission limitations and conditions imposed by your wireless carrier.
Privacy & mobile information
Information collected through SMS opt-in, including your phone number and consent record, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, to other accounts, or to our systems and networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our servers, or any networks connected to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying data from the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or any content that violates applicable telemarketing, anti-spam, or consumer-protection laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any state equivalents).
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, the "Intro" wordmark, software, and design — are owned by Try Intro LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party providers, including but not limited to a form provider (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) for waitlist intake, an SMS aggregator for telecommunications delivery, and analytics or hosting providers. Your use of those services may be governed by the third party's own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRY INTRO LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Try Intro LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or by posting a notice on the website). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
